GSA 8a STARS III

The 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource for Services (STARS) III Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) – knows as “STARS III”, is a Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract to provide information technology (IT) services and IT services-based solutions. Tripoint Solutions is a prime contractor for the GSA STARS III Master Contract for both the General IT Services Scope, as well as the Emerging Technology Scope. We provide services for both the Defense and Federal Civilian sectors and we currently maintain a Top Secret Facility Clearance. Features of the GSA STARS III Contract are:

• Best-In-Class contract
• $50 Billion contract ceiling with a five-year base period and one (1) three-year option period
• Ability to sole-source or competitively award within the 8(a) program
• Supports contract types for Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time & Materials (T&M), and Labor Hour

Contract Ordering Period: July 2, 2021 to July 1, 2026, plus one 3-year option period

Directed task orders up to $4.5 million each 8(a) STARS III allows directed task order awards for orders under $4.5 million, including options.
